If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds
If you cancel your items while it is in the "Pending Status", We will be ONLY refund the full amount with "e-credit" into your account and you are able to use it for your next purchase.
TAKE NOTE: "Pending Status" means your order is in the preparing process. Orders will not be able to cancel once it's on the way to you!! 

If you wish to refund full amount in CASH, total of 5% will be deducted from your exact amount in your order due to the Service Tax.

Return
There will be no RETURNABLE once goods are SOLD!
